RAVIDASSIA MAHASANGHA is a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) established with the blessings and inspiration of Sant Guru Ravidas Ji. Our foundation is rooted in the timeless principles of equality, justice, unity, and human dignity, as envisioned by Guru Ravidas Ji. Guided by his teachings, we strive to create a compassionate, inclusive, and enlightened society where every individual is respected and uplifted.
Who We Are
The Mahasangha is a collective of disciples (sisso) and followers of Guru Ravidas Ji who have come together with a shared vision – to carry forward his divine message of oneness, humility, and social reform. We are committed to building a strong spiritual and social platform that brings people closer to their cultural roots while empowering them to face the challenges of modern life with confidence and purpose.
Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve, promote, and practice the teachings of Guru Ravidas Ji through a variety of social, educational, cultural, and humanitarian activities. We believe that the true worship of God lies not in rituals, but in serving humanity and uplifting those who are in need. By spreading awareness about the life and philosophy of Guru Ravidas Ji, we aim to nurture values of love, equality, and fraternity among all sections of society.
Our Objectives
To organize spiritual congregations, satsangs, and awareness programs based on the teachings of Sant Guru Ravidas Ji.
To promote education, skill development, and cultural activities for the youth.
To provide social welfare and humanitarian services including health camps, blood donation drives, and community support initiatives.
To stand against all forms of discrimination and inequality, and work for harmony among diverse communities.
To create platforms for research, study, and documentation of Guru Ravidas Ji’s teachings and their relevance in today’s world.
Our Work
Since its inception, RAVIDASSIA MAHASANGHA has been actively engaged in organizing community events, seminars, workshops, and welfare programs. We have supported families through relief measures, promoted educational initiatives for children and youth, and conducted spiritual gatherings that bring inner peace and strengthen community bonds. Every activity is designed to reflect the essence of Guru Ravidas Ji’s guiding principle – “Man Changa to Kathoti Mein Ganga” – reminding us that a pure heart is the truest form of worship.
